Ryan, I wish that I was as eloquent at Ms. Rose, but I think that people who tell other people to 'rethink' opinions are absolutely moronic. But if you want to stand by your opinion, please 'rethink' using your right to vote. We have enough crazies out there with out you. Thanks!

I understand that a president cannot overturn a state const. amendment. I wrote this at a time when I was very upset at this news. However, I CAN wish for the state sanction of marriage for heterosexual or homosexual(or whatever term either group wants to use to define themselves) all I want.

Additionally, I have no need to rethink my position on human sexuality. I think we have a different working definition of "normal" (though I have to say that term is vague).

No. The president has no power to overturn state constituional amendments. Moreover, your support of homosexual relations is grossly mistaken, and you should not wish for either dictatorial abridgement of constitutional processes or the state sanction of homosexual relations. Please rethink your views on human sexuality- its normal functioning, purpose, and social functoin.
